Getting Here

By plane

The two nearest international airports are both well connected to most European hubs through the season.

• Split Airport (SPU), 30 km, about a 30-minute drive. The main option, with direct flights from most European cities, major airlines and several low-cost carriers.
• Zadar Airport (ZAD), 105 km, about a 1 h 15 drive. A reasonable alternative if Zadar offers a better fare or schedule.

From the airport to the house, two transfer options we recommend:

• Chauffeured transfer with Blacklane. Pre-book a black car at a fixed price, English-speaking driver, meet-and-greet at arrivals, no negotiation at the kerb.
• Rent a car from Sixt Croatia at the airport. Best option if you want freedom of movement, want to drive to Split or Šibenik for an evening, head north to Krka, or south for the islands. Cars can be returned at any Sixt location in Croatia.

By private jet

For travellers arriving by private aviation, GlobeAir operates the largest fleet of light jets in Europe. Split Airport (SPU) is the closest and best option, 30 minutes from the house. A typical hop from Munich, Zurich or Vienna lands in under 90 minutes. From the apron, a Blacklane transfer or a rented car brings you to the house within the hour.

By car

The Beachhouse sits on the main coastal corridor between northern and southern Croatia, ten minutes from the A1 motorway, the spine of the country's road network. The drive is straightforward and the last stretch along the coast is scenic.

• Zagreb, 370 km, 3 h 50 min
• Vienna, approx. 720 km, 7 h 30 min
• Munich, approx. 920 km, 9 h 30 min
• Zurich, approx. 1,150 km, 11 h 30 min

The nearest A1 motorway exit is Šibenik, about 40 minutes from the house by road.

From Šibenik: after the motorway exit, follow signs toward Rogoznica, turn right, continue straight to the roundabout, take the first exit, and continue toward Marina Frapa.

From Split: follow the coastal road toward Rogoznica, turn left, continue straight to the roundabout, take the first exit, and continue toward Marina Frapa.

Parking

There is no parking directly at the house, the promenade in front is pedestrian. Several paid and free parking options are available within a short walk: Marina Frapa offers weekly contracts, and public lots are 50 to 100 metres from the house. You can drive to within 30 metres for unloading luggage. Detailed parking guidance is sent with the welcome pack on booking.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 16:00 (4 PM). Check-out by 10:00 (10 AM). A member of our local team meets every arrival at the house, hands over the keys, and walks you through the property. Saturday-to-Saturday in peak season; flexible in the shoulder seasons.
